Inspiration is okay but please NO heavy referencing. I worked really hard to design and write the characters I've created. Please respect that.• Compare my ocs to existing characters. It's very annoying.• Train AI models with my art.• Befriend me with the intention to get free art, get close to my other friends, etc.• Vent to me without my permission. I have issues of my own so if I'm not available, please understand.• Ask to be mutuals. If you can't, reach out to any close mutual/friend of mine to contact me.• Accuse and harass other people of "copying" me on "my behalf". I DO NOT condone harassment under ANY circumstances. IF you genuinely think they are mistaken, let me know and I'll handle the matter with the other person privately. Please DO NOT initiate any form of PSA or call outs whatsoever. I don't appreciate it, as it can only make the situation difficult.

OCXCC boundaries:

• I am selective-mirror sharing. I am generally okay when it comes to doubles that are sharing. However, please do not shove your ship(s) in my face to show that it's "superior" than mine. In addition, I am a tad bit strict when it comes to canon x my favourite character. I will not be mentioning what the ships are, but I will block / not interact with content related to it. Other than that, I'm pretty much open to any ocxcc, ccxcc, ocxoc that are not problematic :)!! Sharing Riddle & Yuuka yumes / oshis are free to interact with my content!! 🫶🏻*** PLEASE let me know if I'm ever following somebody problematic. I don't keep up often because I generally focus on my own things so I tend to miss out.

• "The TWST groovy / ssr cards" unit will be drawn from the head to hips, thigh up, or full body. Anything above the hips is not available.
• Detailed backgrounds and props for the "TWST groovy / ssr cards" unit will cost an additional charge based on the complexity.
• Additional charges will be made depending on the complexity of your character's design.

TOS:

• I only accept USD and PayPal.
• Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited. I still own rights to the final work.
• Do not use the artwork for NFT or feed it into AI.
• You may use it as your profile picture, banner, or post it, so long as credits are given.
• Do not make changes/edits to the artwork on your own.
• I have the rights to use the finished work across my platforms.
• No deadlines and rushing please. Catching up with them would be difficult because I'm a student. It would typically take about 2-4 weeks to finish a piece (depending on which unit you chose). Client will be informed if there are any delays.
• Upon confirmation, payment must be made. Max 10 days before commission is automatically cancelled.
• Client must pay for PayPal's platform fee.
• I have the rights to decline a commission without further explanation. Any request that makes me uncomfortable or are beyond my capabilities will be automatically denied.
• I will not issue refunds as soon as the work in progress is sent to the client. (Sketch)
• I will only work from visual references. I will not accept requests from descriptions. Please provide clear references, and explain in detail as much as possible.
• You may make 3 revisions in the sketching phase. An additional 5$ will be charged for more changes.
• No revisions will be made as soon as I start lineart, unless the mistake was on my part. Should there be any mistakes, please inform me before I start colouring.
• By commissioning me, I will automatically confirm that you have acknowledged, read and agreed to all these terms.
